Every day we receive e-mails with questions about treatments at our clinic from patients from outside Germany and whether we are allowed to provide these patients with our treatments.
The answer is simple: Yes, we can, and we are allowed and well-prepared.
We care for your treatments even in the time of Corona!
For you as a patient from outside Germany we provide a special service: You will get a medical certificate from us before you leave your home that proves that you need medical care in Germany for your health condition. You can show this certificate at the boarder entering Germany. Please ask for our individualized treatment proposal.
Corona-Quarantine with all-round service
Following the corona regulations to date we are obliged to do a Corona-test for all our international patients on day 5 after their arrival. During your quarantine we offer you our guesthouse services at our apartments with room service and full board meals. With a negative test result on day 5 we are allowed to take you into our treatment program at the clinic without any limitations.

Good to know: We pick up our international guests from the Airport in Frankfurt/ Main and bring you door to door to Arcadia Clinic with our clinic-shuttle service. You don’t need to book any transportation from the Airport to Arcadia Clinic yourself. We take care of it in the most safe and convenient way.
